My old perspective of exercise involved doing something short-term in order to drop a few pounds and then you can stop or back off when the scale hit a comfortable number. During the summer of 2021, I decided to join a personal training studio to meet my weight loss and fitness goals. I love the coaches at the studio. Everyone is good! I love the friendly and fun atmosphere. I also have really enjoyed getting to know new members. The workouts are fun, even when I am doing the sled! I see little improvements in my everyday life that I attribute solely to the progress from the workouts. I’m a school teacher, so the studio has been perfect for working off stress. Coming in on a regular basis, and participating in challenges, keeps me on track! I’ve been working with Doug for three years and have had nothing but success. Classes are tough but a lot of fun, and you will make a lot of new friends. It does not matter how old or out of shape you may think you are. All classes take each individual’s needs and ability into consideration. It definitely has helped me over the past year!”
